small update with maintenance patch
- fix ships that did not have ESM or HF/DF
- add new textures for 5V55RM and 48N6
- Kh-32 for Tu-22M3
- add active intercept warning to all submarines
- add Avrora-1 TASS to Delta III
- add noisemakers to yankee and delta SSBNs (and yankee notch SSGN)
- add red hulls to kilo, alfa
- add 1989 kynda and kresta 1 with Volna-N
- rebalance SAM pKs, all are under 1.0 now

small update
- 613V whiskey V class submarine (1973) with SAET-60M, SET-65, 53-65K
- nerf sonobuoy range and bearing accuracy
- buff active/passive torpedo gain so they can actually detect targets through thermal layers
- Ka-27 now uses all RGB-NM-1, should be equivalent to early DIFAR
- will get around to rebalancing sonars and redoing all the sonobuoys at some point

patch to address prior issues
- USET removed from vic1/2, tango, kilo, they did not have these in the mid 80s
- yankee notch removed 53-65MA, replaced with 8 more granat
- foxtrot receives TEST-71
- kilo and tango now have MG-74
- 670.4 (P-800 charlie II) now has UGST
- DST removed ASW mode
- RPK-2 lower range and altitude
- tweak noise of a few submarines, no significant changes
sub model adjustments:
- victor 3 improved gets its 7 bladed skewback prop
- victor 1/2 gets victor 3's 8 4x4 blade tandem prop
- sierra 1 receives its 6 bladed prop

- fix udaloy 89
- add CV arkhangelsk, modernized systems and new airwing with modern weapons as of 1990 (basically cooler kuznetsov without the flankers)
- add new Ka-27PK to all later ships, has FLIR and new sonobuoys alongside ATGM/ASMs
- victor 3 improved with both S-10 granat and 3M54-1 kalibr (placeholder for 3M51 alfa) and new torpedoes
- fix issues with DST, UGST, APR-3
- victor 1/2/3 from base game now with USET and TEST torpedoes and MG-74 + RPK-6 for vic 2 and 3
- tarantul 3.5 (mix of 3 and 4, with P-105 and kortik)
- yankee notch with S-10 granat and USET-80K
- sovremenny 956A names
- charlie I/II upgraded sonar and torpedo loadouts
- profiles for new units
- new electronics masts on all submarines (ESM, RDR, HF/DF)
- new earlier torpedoes, SAET-60M, 53-65MA, RPK-2 (SS-N-15 w/ AT-1)
- remove offensive jamming from anti ship missiles as it was causing extremely unpredictable jamming behavior, back to defensive only with high values
- R-73A for Ko-45 and MiG-23AM
- P-800 for Ko-45 (Kh-61) and 670.4M Charlie II
- add terrain follow flight for granit
- rework AAMs, IR missiles now can only be fired within seeker range, R-40s are more realistic now
- add P-120M on charlie II class
- tweak sonar values of surface ships, slightly higher now
- preliminary stat adjustments for upcoming PLA weapons
- fix bug with 9M38M1 and 9M317 trajectory
- add Kh-15P aero-ballistic ARM

- nerf CIWS performance against missiles and aircraft

- marginally increase RBU performance against torpedoes
- tweak flight profile of kalibr and granat

small patch
- 9M330 min alt is now fuze distance of 5 meters
- add entries for APR-3, DST, UGST, TEST-71MK, USET-80K
- add MG-74 (nearly guaranteed decoy chance against worse torpedoes)
- tweak saturation values of certain high end missiles
- loadouts of oscar class (1990) changed to reflect above additions
- slightly buff shipboard sonars, un-kneecap active ranges
- tweak ranges of other sonars, generally more gradual progression with upgrades and successors

maintenance patch preparing for future work
- add compatibility checker versions and support for semantic versioning
- remove all base-game ship patches and loadouts, will be replaced by specific year-variants
- to compensate, some missiles have their default versions upgraded to modern standards:
- > Volna to Volna M (V-601)
- > Osa-M to Osa-MA (9M33M3)
- > Shtorm to Shtorm-M (V611)
- fix some problems with udaloy and sovremenny, clarify the years and versions
- tweak all of the jammers, rebalance SPO RWR sets to realistic angle detection abilities
- fix Ka-27 loadouts and meshes
- terminal altitude of all sea-skimming missiles implemented, they maintain a proper altitude for the entire terminal flight
