- add KAB-500L and KAB-250L to Ko-45M (1990) and revise loadouts to include LGBs

- add 'large/high alt' debuff to kitchens to make them no longer extremely hard to intercept, terrier hovers around 0.45, SM-1 hovers around 0.55, SM-2 Blk I hovers around 0.65 before jamming
- fix view angles on Ka-27PK and change sensor type to infrared

> Tu-142M (base game, 70s): 4x AT-2M, 176x RGB-1, 10x RGB-2, 10x RGB-3 [max loadout of 264x RGB-1, 10x RGB-2]
> Tu-142MK (1983): 4x APR-2, 64x RGB-75, 40x RGB-15, 10x RGB-25, 20x RGB-55 [max loadout of 104x RGB-75, 64x RGB-15, 40x RGB-25]
> Tu-142MZ (1989): 4x APR-3, 64x RGB-16, 10x RGB-26, 20x RGB-36 [max loadout of 104x RGB-16, 40x RGB-26]
- tweak RGB-75 performance to be closer to late LOFAR models
