Cold Wave / Heat Wave / Heavy Rain:
Changed so that if population loss occurs, it only affects the first turn.

Sea Level Rise:
As Climate Change progresses, naval units / overwater infrastructure / coastal designation improvements will suffer.

Added Unique Icons:
Change the notification icons on the right side to unique icons in the event of Toxic Gas / Ozone Hole / Pandemic.

Added Language:
zh_Hans_CN (Simplified Chinese) / zh_Hant_HK (Traditional Chinese)
