- Added exclusion for high school student and Shooting Licence
- Boy Scout now costs 7 and gives a Carving point too
- Fixed little error with Narcotics mod and smoker trait dinamization
- Added Monk/Nun specialization for priest

- added exclusion for abitual drinker and alcoholic (sorry, i missed it)
- added exclusion for bulimic and weak stomach
- improved alcoholic trait logic and effects
- added a way to start to smoke, now if you don't have the Smoker trait, you will gain it after smoking cigarettes or other nicotine items (not immediatly, after some uses)
- Removed Moodle Framework dependency, it is useles now.

- Rebalanced alcoholic trait to make it harder to manage

- Smoker now costs +3 (i will review it soon)

- now bulimic and alcoholic could be keeped both

Fixed injuried trait bug

1) Added esclusion for:

Pacifist - Hunter

Blacksmith (profession) - Keen Hearing (a blacksmith ruins his hearing hammering metal every day)

2) Added dinamization for injuried trait, now it will be removed when you heal the fracture and it will be added if you broke another bone
