Added to the carrier loadouts in place of the RA-5C for the: Enterprise CVN65, America CV66, Nimitz CVN68, and Eisenhower CVN69. Added back the midcourse guidance to the PhARM as it was acting stupid without it.

Remove midcourse guidance from the PhARM so the plane will be free to manuever immediately after launch.

Bug identified and squashed: the game thought I meant an integer when I meant a coefficient.
