After playing with it for about 5 in game years a few tweaks.
Shallower curve into darkness so 30% to 20% is 1.00 to 0.9 and then 20% to 0% is 0.9 to 0.5 drop off eating speed

Global work speed maximum at 0% is down to 0.25 (75% loss) instead of 0.20 (80% loss)

Movement speed is 60% at 0% light
