Fixed a few bugs related to the smoker trait.

  • Looting zombies no longer compounds stress from cigarettes every game tick
  • Vanilla tobacco products no longer completely wipe out stress for smokers (Chew -20, Cigarettes -25, Cigarillos -40, Cigars -80)
