-Changed calculation for damage dealt a bit, now uses armor multiplier instead of npc multiplier. (It's more accurate)
-Adjusted loot weapon damage calculation, should update properly now.
-Adjusted damage dealt calculation to better match expected behavior.
-Last equipped weapon item levels are kept for calculation, so any non-leveled items held will not change player level.
-Added a check for loot updating that could cause a crash.
-Lowered chance of duplicating loot bug ocurring.
-Limited max loot level to +0.5 above player level. (When tier is offset higher than player's)
-Fixed chest loot leveling to avoid emptying chests when an item crashed the loot script. (pls send log files when it happens)
-Added message for the player "get_dynamic_difficulty" to get the adjusted reward tier value.
-Reward bags now level with the player.
-Fixed a bug that might occur when player level is 0.

-Slight change, now supports tier 0, so it makes the start easier.
