Fixed a bug that could mess with the way speed was calculated in TC after surfacing using the depth hotkeys.
Course change buttons are now disabled when the ship is docked in port.
CTRL + Capslock will now act as a toggle for disabling and enabling the course change buttons.

To the user, not much will have changed, but I more or less completeley rebuilt the script.
Course- and depth change inputs are now queued and only issued when the respective button (ctrl or shift) is released.
Added the correct voice line for depth changes and surfacing.
Made it so that ctrl+shift will queue depth changes of 1m, instead of 20m.
Depth presets should now be executed correctly and not block each other or depth changes anymore.

Fixed a bug where previously you weren't able to change the target depth using the hotkeys when a depth preset was active.
Pressing control + R + F will now set the depth to your current depth, effectively centering the diving planes.

Control + P will put you to periscope depth
Control + Shift + P will put you to 20m
Control + C will initiate Crash Dive when surfaced, and will put you to maximum safe depth when submerged.
Experimental: Pressing Control + Space launches your torpedo as if you pressed the launch button from the periscope UI. Small caveat: it only works with said UI open. I'm looking into how to bypass that.

Patched out the incessant "Course: 90° Port/Starboard" voice lines for the adjusted course changes.
Added course control with arrow keys. Compatible with the fine-control hotkeys.
