+Endlag decreased from 15 -> 12

Dstrong:
+The cooldown to place another geyser doesn't trigger unless the geyser itself gets parried (Geysers still get removed if Saya is parried)

+Increased the checking distance for spawning articles on platforms that make it so it snaps back towards the center of the platform instead of despawning

Misc:
~Moved the Article cooldown bar above Saya's %

Bair:
+Damage increased from 6 -> 8 on the outer hitbox
+Angle changed from 135 -> 130 on the outer hitbox
+KBS increased from .6 -> .8 on the outer hitbox
-Endlag increased from 10 -> 15

Fstrong:
-Decreased BKB of the Install slam from 9 -> 7

Dstrong:
-Articles now disappear and go on cooldown if Saya herself is parried aswell, except for Jab.
-Increased cooldown of when Saya can place articles again when parried from 3 -> 4 seconds.

Fspecial:
-Changed the djump to only be regained once per airtime for aerial Fspecial
-Grounded Fspecial endlag increased from 9 -> 20

Uspecial:
-Decreases her aerial movement stats to her base stats when parried while in install

Dspecial:
-Decreased BKB of the Install slam from 8 -> 7
