Massive optimisation update - FPS improved by around 50%!

Massive performance and bug fix update with no real additions. Thanks a lot to Geisteskrankenchan for reporting most of these!

AI changes:
• N.O.O.S.E. now change from Rapid Approach to Engage from a slightly farther distance
• Nextbot bodies now have force applied to them
• Slightly increased nextbot damage to cars

Other changes:
• About 50-60% less drain on FPS from the nextbots (in my experience), but still be careful on larger maps
• You can now undo nextbot bodies
• Niko Bellic nextbot is now more consistent with the N.O.O.S.E. nextbots code-wise

I can't get anything right lol, I won't even bother to use the typical template

• Fixed body group swap on death bug
• Reduced the amount of blood sprayed from shooting N.O.O.S.E. by a bit
• Reduced the amount of blood sprayed from shooting Niko by a lot (to indicate he has more health)
• You should no longer see Enraged Niko Bellic in your spawn list if you don't have a Niko Bellic playermodel mounted

Quick patch for some weird immersion-breaking behaviour.

AI changes:
• Slightly increased N.O.O.S.E. Submachine Gun and Carbine Rifle accuracy

Other changes:
• Fixed the gliding animation bug
• Fixed bug where the Submachine Gun reload sound did not play

A moderately large update that brings in planned features, improves AI and fixes bugs.

AI changes:
• Buffed nextbot shotgun damages further
• AI player range variety is slightly more spread out now

Other changes:
• Fixed error that sometimes pops up when things take damage
• Fixed bug where Niko could kill his cousin
• Fixed unintentional behaviour where nextbots never swapped from their pistol, even if they had primary ammo

Additions:
• Added ability to spawn N.O.O.S.E. shotgunner through spawn menu
• Added ability to spawn Enraged Niko Bellic through spawn menu
• Added Rapid Approach tactic (lower gun and crouch towards target then switch to Engage when close or shot, like in GTA IV)
• Added N.O.O.S.E. sniper, 10% chance to spawn and always has special AI behaviour, uses the Combat Sniper (PSG-1) as primary which lacks the 75% miss chance, and can pull out a pistol or a shotgun in CQB, can also be spawned through spawn menu
• Added an option to replace the N.O.O.S.E. Carbine Rifle (M4A1) with the Submachine Gun (MP-10) like in some missions (e.g. Blow Your Cover) and on 4 stars

Quick hotfix update to the previous one.

AI changes:
• Changed Niko's shotgun draw range and time
• Buffed nextbot shotgun damages
• The nextbots now keep enemies in their memory for far longer
• Manhunt mode now also refreshes memory of idle nextbots

Other changes:
• Fixed bug where the N.O.O.S.E. see enemy line would not play
• Fixed bug where killed enemy voicelines were spammed

Additions:
• None, sorry

AI changes:
• N.O.O.S.E. now have to raise their gun to fire
• N.O.O.S.E. can now perform sideways rolls in combat
• N.O.O.S.E. will now change from engaging the target to picking them off at range if they have to reload
• N.O.O.S.E. will now prioritise enemies trying to flank them if they're close by
• N.O.O.S.E. sometimes now draw a pump shotgun when in CQB - every N.O.O.S.E. officer has a 33% chance to have a pump shotgun, and the 75% chance to miss does not apply while they are using one, as it's already very inaccurate
• N.O.O.S.E. may now occassionally swap to their sidearm instead of reloading

Other changes:
• Fixed bug where enabling Never Miss mode resulted in vehicles taking insane amounts of damage
• Fixed bug where N.O.O.S.E. would not taunt their enemies
• Fixed bug where N.O.O.S.E. would keep playing their lines even after dying
• Slightly adjusted N.O.O.S.E. aim to be more consistent; their accuracy is lower as a result
• Kill lines should play more consistently now

Additions:
• Added reload sounds
• Added Niko Bellic nextbot; requires either this addon or this addon. Compared to N.O.O.S.E., Niko is far more aggressive, has more armour and health, has no 75% accuracy debuff against players, far better aim, doesn't instadie to headshots and spams voicelines far more. He also uses an AK instead of an AR and has a Combat Shotgun instead of a Pump Shotgun. DO NOT HURT HIS COUSIN.
• N.O.O.S.E. have an added option to use the Combat Shotgun that the Niko Bellic nextbot normally uses
