Added A Lock Ramp Signal in Control Panel, so that the boarding ramps can be locked when you want. (I found it annoying that the ramps would open when I was messing about with SV's or constructors in Survival)

Changed the position of the Aura Welcome LCD part so you don't have to remove it to place the Teleporter. If you want to keep it, since its pretty nice looking. All you have to do is remove the informational text, and then you have the nice Aura AE Logo there above the teleporter. Also added a guide LCD for the Teleporter, and fixed the Upgrade Shield Guide
