- The "Gentle Violence" doctrine also adds accuracy and reset time to the M7 SMG
- to Briz: this is a personal buff since I continuously had issues with the SMG not getting kills at close quarters where the Carbine(s) would, so this is somewhat of a "balance" patch from my end. Whenever the doctrines are implemented to the original mod proper, feel free to take another look at this.

changelog:
- nerfed the "Deadhead" doctrine's reaction speed buff
- fixed the Bulldog's front grip position, made the Bulldog available for ODSTs (Rifleman, ONI Officer, Specialist, and Medic) and Spartans
- note: Bulldog animation set uses the standard "rifle" animation set because I didn't actually *add* any new bones, only modified the front grip's position. TODO - look into actually updating the Bulldog's bones to allow for proper pump-action animations...
