Misc:
- Fixed typos in the M45 Shotgun's description
- Reduced the default incapacitation chance to 55% given that perks can increase this to 82.5% and 110%
- Female marines fixed to use female voxlines (rangers_female)
- ONI officer's voice switched to CIA to avoid confusion

- Buffed the M6C FMJ's base crit chance from 0%->15%

- advanced armor (ODST_Doctrine_02) actually increases your armor (and protection) coverage now by ~10%, rather than being a placebo and just improving your gunfighter skills

- "Spooky ONI" (ODST_Doctrine_15) - Mythic/T4
- "ONI officers are known for their lethal precision, and their subordinates are no different.\n\nAny Shock Trooper nearby an ONI officer receives +20% critical chance on targets under 15 meters."
- buffs any ODST unit nearby an ONI officer (including the ONI officer themselves) with a +20 to crit on enemies with 15m.
- disabled the +500ms ambush buff, cluttered up the UI too much.

- "Mounted and Loaded" (ODST_Doctrine_16) - Greenhorn/T1
- "Sarge says we need fire downtown, so go give 'em hell!\n\nMarines can more effectively use LMGs when in cover, and all suppressive fire actions are improved."
- marines get the HMG, but ready/guard speed is terrible (as per above)
- when in cover, aiming time/reset time dramatically improved, as is accuracy and ready/guard time
- all marines also gain +25% suppression

- "Splatter Spree" (ODST_Doctrine_17) - Mythic/T4
- GUI image is crappily edited, either move this elsewhere (to better fit with adjacent medals) or edit better.
- for grenade launchers (including underbarrel)/rockets: improved changeInTime/changeOutTime, and corresponding increase to readyTime and guardTime
- "With enough ordinance, all cover becomes concealment.\n\nAll explosive launchers have dramatically increased handling and firing speeds."

- "Shock Trooper Training" (ODST_Doctrine_18) - Veteran/T2

- increase suppression recovery/resistance for ODST Riflemen and Specialists, grant suppression resistance to Marines
- "No matter the conditions, you can count on ODSTs to drop down into hell! By association, the Marines inherit some amount of their bravado. \n\nRiflemen and Specialist are granted suppression and flinch resistance, while Marines are granted lesser bonuses."

- "No Can Die" (ODST_Doctrine_19) - Mythic/T4
- doubled incapacitation chance when within 7m of a medic
- "Through thick and thin, no Shock Trooper would ever leave a brother behind.\n\nAll troops within 7m of a Medic are nearly guaranteed to be incapacitated in campaigns."

- "Deadhead" (ODST_Doctrine_20) - Legendary/T3
- for recon units only: can prioritize suicide bombers, at mid range (+8m) decrease aim times by 100ms if mounted, 175ms if unmounted, increase base accuracy
- Recon Shock Troops are renowed for their accuracy, and are often times tasked to assasinate HVTs from the backlines.\n\nRecon troops will prioritize suicide bombers with extreme prejudice. Otherwise, Recon troops gain improved performance past 10m.

- "Semper Fi" (ODST_Doctrine_21) - Veteran/T2
- marines get improved performance overall (improved accuracy, reaction speeds, increased accuracy)
- ODST units get increased performance against suppressed units (increased crit chance?)
- "Although infrequent, ODST units can be seen embedded within Marine platoons, acting as tactical advisors and force multipliers.\n\nMarines gain improved small-arms performance while ODST units have increased accuracy and critical chance against suppressed targets."

- "Gentle Violence" - Legendary/T3
- for ODST, suppressed CQC weapons get improved draw/ready speeds (including "short-stocking") and reaction speeds

- dramatically improved efficiency/deploy speed for breaching tools
- ""To be in the door first, one must breach the door first."\n\nAll breaching tools deploy significantly faster."

- "Extra Convincing" - Mythic/T4
- grants the persuasion ability, and also highlights one object/map
- "ONI have their ears and eyes everywhere, and their agents can be more than "convincing" when need be.\n\nNearby civilians are likely to reveal the location of nearby tangos, and one objective per map is highlighted for 10s."
