Patch
* Finally fixed the accuracy of the shooting. Now no more sniper shotguns and berrets. Now each weapon has its own accuracy metrics. Bye-bye Aiming_skill_bonus.lua.
* A little tweaked the distribution of loot. Now the chance of finding a silencer and sniper scope is a little higher.

* Changed the encoding of the Russian translation files to 8-utf. Previously, all weapon names were displayed as "?????".
* Fixed and adapted the text for all actions related to this modpack. Now the names of the crafts in the game are displayed correctly in both the Russian and English versions.
* Changed the craft of opening ammo boxes, now it is also written correctly.
* Added a translation and variables for the ammo box 9.39 bullets, it wasnt there before.

All this was done by RandHell and thank you very much for that.
