Gimmick:
Meter on hit Damage*1.25 -> Damage*1.75 * From about 80 damage per meter to 60 damage per meter
* Should better compensate for the meter lost on death

Meter:
Meter given when hitting the opponent [dmg+round(hitstop*0.15) -> dmg*1.25] [100 damage -> 80 damage per level]
On Death you lose a level of meter

Added a short buffer if you do a parry first over special

Reworked ground hitbox hitstun to be consistent (35) [Rune A: 50]
* Makes it so mario isn't minus on hit against zetterburn
* It functions now how I wanted it to be, where it's enough to combo into like a jab or dtilt but not enough to combo into itself.

Uspecial:
Made code so it connected better

EX Uspecial:
Made code so it connected better
Edited angles for better connection
Added ledge snap
KBS 1 -> 0.9 * Better connection but slightly less kb.
