hotfix:
+ updated pilot NPC's inventory

+ armadillo's FASTs now use the CIA helmet texture, so it shows an NVG mount
+ nerfed supervisor's innate AOE buff, buffed class action's AOE buff

this is primarily an update to tidy up the backend
there've been too many changes to count, so this changelist is incomplete

backend:
+ important: updated class names; you MUST create a new Armadillo unit!
+ updated various internal names (eg items, assets, entities, etc) to avoid compatibility issues
+ moved all texts (unit, class, item, doctrine, mission names, briefings, etc) to localisation files

gameplay:
+ decreased base incap chance to 50%, down from 80% (blood brothers would now increase it to 75%, instead of 120%)
+ removed railed ACH
+ US flag bandana is now a BH unlock (similar to the CIA's jungle band)
+ removed all vanilla weapons from inventory; ie no more gucci glocks, malyuks or APC-9Ks (may return in future updates tho)
+ M9, glock 17, 1911, MP5A5, M249, and M16A4/M203 have been retained
+ MP5A5 (and suppressor) now available to all troops
+ glock 17 can now use an RMR for 1 BH
+ USW320 is now a BH unlock
+ corrected SCAR-SC's weight, added M80A1 + M993 ammo options
+ Mk18's sprite reverted to base game model
+ AK-74 can now use PK-AS, PO-35 and PSO-1 only
+ added 7N23 to 7.62x39 weapons
+ facilitator now has an M16A4/M203 in starting inventory
+ facil can now only use M16A4/M203, not the base M16A4
+ M249 can no longer use suppressor
+ added female entity variants to all 3 classes; if the trooper has a female portrait, they'll use the corresponding voice pack
+ corrected supervisor's AOE buff; now they'll actually buff grunts, instead of grunts buffing each other
+ added an actual helmet item to hoplite mercenary (previously was just cosmetic)
+ added holosights to hoplite mercenaries

missions & NPCs:
+ hostage in DISPOSABLE is now tagged as expendable; you'll no longer lose stars due to his death
+ added a new tooltip to killable civs (they appear in FORTUNE and BAIJIDU SQUARE)
+ executioner in URBAN PLANNING now has a sword instead of Type 56, as per the briefing
