Various bugfixes related to putting objects on the correct layers.

Fixed Typhus and Fisher's CR75 not being paintable.
lowered the armour damage and damage of the Mk570 and Mk590 Beam turrets from 30cm and 50hp per tick to 25cm and 40hp per tick.
Reasoning being you can mount these on a lot more hulls than the Mk610 and in greater numbers.
