T51 accuracy reduce to 0.18 of MOA from 0.17. Recycle rate time increased to 1.5 seconds from 1.2. Reload time increased from 14 to 15.
fix bug that removed the sound from the MK82 and Mk83.
Removes 450mm RPF. (why did I originally bring this back?)
