NOTE: Changes to eligibility due to mod updates (such as the ones below) or due to game-rule tweaks (via game rule gadget) will be compatible with in-progress saves going forward due to a new technique introduced in this update, but most will not work with saves using v0.1 of the mod.

Changes:

- New game rule options to limit house CoA adoption eligibility to primary titles only.

- Cadet branch generation logic changed to prevent quartering house CoA with title CoA, which was causing a 2x2 grid of the same house CoA.

- New game rule options to change how cadet branch CoAs are generated.

- Republics are now ineligible for house CoA.

- Baronies are now eligible for house CoA if the holder is a count or above.

- Title CoA will revert to non-house CoA upon becoming ineligible or destroyed.

- Title eligibility changing due to updates or game rules will now apply to existing saves going forward (for saves not using version v0.1).
