Chaos Energy Update

added new chaos energy resource bar for use of chaos-based attacks (spears, teleports, counter)
- it most likely will need some adjusting in it's current state so feedback will be highly valuable!
on top of that we also have:
- new grounded jabs
- move adjustments (warp, kick barrage, chaos snap, etc.)

have fun!

adjusted some things for shadow in hopes of balancing his existing moveset a little.
on top of that we also have:
- better teleport
- better predictions in chaos control
- chaos snap working better in chaos control
- etc.

NOW everything should be good

-actually added the jet boost icon

-added Rocket Jump (aerial normal)
-adjusted Spin
