Hydra now summons a max of two placements at all levels, with it starting at 2x3 for a total of 6 hydra, then 2x4 and 2x5 with skill orbs.

Arcane Tag added to all Wizard spells.

Arcane Weaponry renamed to Arcane Wisdom. Damage from 10/20/40% to 5/10/20% (because now it affects spells) but 4x effective on staves (20/40/80%). A reason to not run shield on Transmutation Wizard; trade off survivability for damage.

Somehow didn't even know Magic Missiles didn't have the Physical Tag. It does now!

Changed Blastwave to Frostfire Bolt. Now adds 33%/66% damage as ice in addition to slow. Scales by both Fire and Ice Spell tags. Idea by user Pataco.

As per user Pataco's request, I've lowered the hydra spawned in one cast to two, but allowed multiple placements. Allows 2>4>6 placements when having the skill orbs. Also lowered the cooldown so that you can get more out. You may still need the Arcane Intellect cooldown reduction orb, though.
