Update: 12 Apr @ 5:11pm

I came to the conclusion that disabling a job is a cheap way to force depth into the backstory. This update fixes a lot of "forced" disables.

- "ImperialAttache" no longer has work restrictions.
- "ExtinctionBomber" only has "artistic" as work restriction. removed the others.
- "SystemsController" no longer has +2 in construction. now can do "ManualDumb".
- "SecurityArtisan" no longer has +4 in construction. now has another point in crafting (+5 total)
- "DropTrooper" now can do cleaning.

Update: 12 Apr @ 4:07pm

- new adulthood backstory: fallen idol.
- new adulthood backstory: powder ganger (pirate exclusive, it's not that I was not feeling creative, I actually like New Vegas names for pirate gangs).

(weekly mini-expansion: horror)
- new adulthood backstory: planetary miner.
- new adulthood backstory: blacksite architect.
- new adulthood backstory: megacorp saboteur.
- new adulthood backstory: orbital comms technician.
- new adulthood backstory: herder.
- new adulthood backstory: polar researcher.

Update: 10 Apr @ 10:48am

- "MidworldRanger" removed "ghost" from description. that word did nothing for the backstory.
- "Waterworld" changed description a bit. flows better now.
- "ShadowChancellor" now has less restrictions. vanilla isn't as hard with Imperial restrictions as I thought.
- "Commissioner" --- same as ShadowChancellor. also, now has +1 melee.
- <li>ImperialRoyal</li> removed from "ShadowChancellor" and "Commissioner", assigned proper imperial spawns. game doesn’t mess around with this, I have not done much "Royalty" stuff, but it seems like an ultra exclusive spawn, always mentioning the "family".
so yeah, these guys are "ImperialCommon" or "ImperialFighter" unless they are part of the direct Imperial family.
- Removed "Imperial" spawns for separatists. Now only colony-event exclusive. (Offworld). I mean yeah, they had money... but a different kind of life, I don't picture them rubbing shoulders with aristocrats.
- removed some parts from the "ForgottenVizier" backstory. They didn't contribute anything and were bloating the backstory.

- "VeteranRanger" now has -4 Plants but can do "PlantWork". This one's tricky. He's a ranger—cool no doubt... but:
1- He trained a LONG TIME in a radioactive wasteland. Not exactly the kind of place bursting with crops. If he saw plants, they probably weren’t the usual kind.
2- He's incredibly specialized. Would you really expect someone like this to grow their own food? Or is he the type who hunts it, scavenges it, or trades protection/combat skills for supplies? Do you REALLY picture a Veteran Ranger from the NCR watching his rice grow?
3- Sure, it makes sense he’d have some knowledge of wild flora—tracking, survival, maybe even medicinal plants. But actual farming? That’s a stretch. Again, these guys are on the move. Always.
4- This fucker got awesome stats already.
5- It's incredibly stupid that he can't cut a tree because his background inspiration. so yeah, 5 alone wins.
We have more stuff like this, and I deal with it as I can. Please, share your thoughts. I'm only one person doing this, and I want more feedback.

- more and more rutine fixes. its tiresome to list them everyone. huh... a lot of them....
gonna revise the restrictions so I apply them only to roles that really really reaaaally make sense. I know people hate them, but they are a core game mechanic. when I roll one, I just manage...

- new adulthood backstory: "runaway father/mother" (outlander exclusive)
- new adulthood backstory: "duelist" (Imperial Royal exclusive); inspired by: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giambattista_Marino

Update: 9 Apr @ 7:54pm

- "DrugDealer" removed crafting bonus.
- "Gunrunner01" now requieres "Violent" and "Social".
- "Gunrunner02" now requieres "Social".
- "OrdnancePilot" now requieres "Violent".
- "MeatVendor" now requieres "Caring, Violent, Social". Outlander spawn again. makes sense.
- "Wanderer" fixed typo.
- "CruiseStaff" description tweaked.
- "AideDeCamp01" granted some spaces to his description.
- "Megapol02" no longers requieres "<requiredWorkTags>" "Caring"
- "WarCriminal01" corrected a lot of stuff with this one.
- "GlitterworldSoldier01" description tweaked.
- "Debtor" description now reads "glitterworld" instead of an unnecesary cap.
- honestly a lot of changes. a lot. but most booring things like "<requiredWorkTags>" and minor fixes in the descriptions. I did not list everyone.

God! that update was heavy! now the mod is getting closer and closer to what I expected. far more polished.

Update: 9 Apr @ 6:18pm

- Vanilla Traits Expanded bugfix. my bad.
- "CryoDelivery" description tweaked.
- "Naturalist" is now "Naturist". lol. this is kinda a big change since it's a codename change. but that backstory was so rare I really really doubt anyone got it.

Update: 9 Apr @ 10:44am

- "StaticEater" assigned "Cult" </spawnCategories> forgot to put that just before uploading it.
- "Naturalist" now has disabled "Intellectual" works. <---- post update edit: need to rework this, the term I was going for with this backstory was "naturist". its like astronomy-astrology lol. common look how similar they look, I had no idea! gonna fix this next version. english is not my first language so tell me If I make mistakes like this! thanks @Szczygiel!
- "Ocean" spawnCategories rebranded "Oceanic".
- "PrisonGuard01" description reworked. a lot of redundant words were removed. now its shorter and keeps the "riddick meets nova prospekt" ambience.
- "Separatist02" corrected typo. thanks again, @Ravinglegend!
- "IceWorld" childhood tweaked A LOT. - For real, the old description sucked so bad. I must have been really tired writing this one. sorry.
- "CryoDelivery" now has "Offworld" instead of "Outlander". Need to tweak the desc of this one.
- "Investigator" no longers spawns for "Outlander", now has "Police" </spawnCategories>.
- tweaked "Gunrunner02" description.
- fixed a lot of double "\n" that served no purpose. shit, this is mod is starting to feel "big". better to keep correcting this stuff before adding new backstories.
- "OrdnancePilot" description reworked. previous one sucked ass. there is some others that need urgent rework and I'm on it. don't worry. also, tweaked a bit his skills.
- "SilentSurvivor" reworked entirely. could count as new.

- new childhood backstory: "observer" (bit experimental this one, touches many skills but in a balanced way. still, it's considered a "better than average" one).
- new adulthood backstory: "abyssal scholar".
- new adulthood backstory: "extinction bomber" (pearl jam - do the evolution inspired. shit, I really liked this one. uploading it to the screens).

Update: 7 Apr @ 7:48pm

- "DesalTech" now has "<li>Offworld</li>" category. could not spawn before.
- "Gunrunner02" now sells TO "midworld" planets, not FROM, in his description. as it turns out, midworlds are not guaranteed advanced enough to produce charge rifles, they have nearly our same technology. kinda messy to dive into that. I imagined midworlds like "those planets not coreworld important , but still with advanced technology JUSTT nothing like the glitterworlds". but no. they are same as us-tech level.
- "MercenaryMarshal" no longer refeers to a "father". could conflict with childhood backstories. No cigarretes jokes pls.
- new adulthood backstory: "midword ranger"
- new adulthood backstory: "satellite engineer"
- new adulthood backstory: "static eater" (pirate exclusive)
- new adulthood backstory: "veteran ranger" (I really wanted to write this one)
- tweaked a lot of <spawnCategories>. removed and renamed stuff that is not actually used right now. doesnt affect anything but I write it here the same. this is the changelog and I did change that.
- removed <li>Outlander</li> from "MeatVendor"

Update: 6 Apr @ 7:22pm

- fixed typo in "BadTravelling", wanted to enhance a part and left a repeated text with some * * **. sorry.
- maybe this was from the previous update and I forgot to include it, but I changed the description of "ShadowChancellor", now, its only "two stellar nations" instead of "three" (as if that were not enough, lol)
- new adulthood backstory: "megapol agent" (variation)
- new adulthood backstory: "planetbreaker" (pirate exclusive, Frieza Force inspired one. absolutely lol, ofc. at least read it before unsubscribing)
- new adulthood backstory: "reluctant hero"

NEW FEATURE: Support for Obsidia Expanded! I love that mod! The art is original, and you guys have no idea how much it adds to the game. You might encounter one or two bugs but it's absolutely worth it (I didn’t have any myself, but I read about them in the comments. I think I saw a error log at the start, if that counts. But I played the game without any problems)
People doesn't love Obsidia Expanded enough. Absolutely underrated.

I plan to include support for another personal favorite of mine, "Beyond Our Reach", but I must learn several sci-fi novels because I have to find an interesting thematic for them.
