Fixed all shading/lighting issues for all the shoes - no more shoes turning black when turning and the dropped models are visible.
Tweaks and resizing for all of the shoes - most of the clipping issues are fixed

Removed CombatSpeeedModifier from all the shoes
It only affects the melee attack speed, so shoes making you swing faster or slower didn't make too much sense.
