Fixed a crash happening when picking up Ancestor's Journal in Chinese localization.

Implemented Simplfied Chinese tranlsation (done by https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561198321269612/).
Buffed Veritas of the BH and ARB (Veritas cards supposed to be quite stronger than average, and while ARB's was just Terror but for Mark - okay but not strong - BH's was weaker than his own Uppercut).
Fixed applying damage visual effects for Bleed and Poison Weakness and Bleed itself on already dead enemies.
Fixed getting Veritas card from Ancestor's Journal grabbing cards directly from Card Library instead of giving you copies (this ended up in Veritas cards offered being upgraded in all instanses of said cards).
Fixed Veritas of the FL trying to stun already dead enemies.
Fixed wrong calculations happening with various effects for some AoE attacks (for example, Pen Nib counting twice).
Fixed game crash happening when replacing Moon Cloak with Ancestor's Journal and restarting the run.

Currently I've done desiging the events, all the strings for events are done, but zero code just yet.

Fixed an error in translation files which stopped the game from launching (maybe this error wasn't pushed to public... anyways).
Also added version number (should've done this from the start).
Changed The Truth to no longer Exhaust at all; instead, its upgrade will cause the Madness it adds to the hand to be upgraded.
Buffed Veritas of the MAA to 6->10 (you don't give yourself Prot that often).

New type of cards: Veritas cards. These are Rare cards that are even more powerful than usual Rare cards, however you can only get them in limited ways (these currently include another new card called The Truth, and new Relic called Ancestor's Journal; but events tweaks for Ancestor will also grant a way to obtain these cards later down the development of the mod).
Fixed game crash at the start of the run when any other mods check Relic pool (crash was related to the patch that removes Strike Dummy and Pandora's Box from the Relic pool for Ancestor).
Few fixes to Transform (fixed its card limit on subsequent turns to 5, card limit debuff no longer stacks when new Transforms are applied).
Fixed DoT weakness debuffs reapplying the original DoT debuff when it wasn't meant to.
Minor grammar fixes.

Fixed Smite scaling with Strength more even when not Virtued.
Added Russian languange to mod's tags (forgot it previously).

Russian translation implemented.
Withstand: fixed old incorrect description (the actual effect is unchanged).
Some minor grammar fixes.
Flashpowder: no longer applies Weak (it was almost better than Wail even at its base).
Disorienting Blast now Retains on upgrade instead of reducing its cost (it either works wonders or doesn't work at all at a random turn, but skipping important enemy intent or stunnning is worth the 2 Energy when used at its best).
Several small bugfixes which most likely nobody knew about.
Few minor buffs and nerfs (Wicked Hack +damage, Vulnerability Hex +1 to max debuffs, Slam -damage).

Fixed Ancestor's Tentacle Idol not adding cards to the deck. Also small flavor when it does.
Fixed Ancestor's Musket Ball damaging already dead targets.
Fixed Time Heals All incorrectly lacking Healing tag and thus spawning in combat (Self-Repair effect it gives is healing).

Fixed adding Character Pack informational "cards" instead of Starters to the deck at the start of the run.
