Compatibility

- You now cough blood in the very late stages of Ebola
- Reduced the probability of getting infected from dropping a rabies blood sample
- Leukemia now causes you to black-out periodically

• Significantly reduced the time it takes to craft basic utencils (blood extractor, ice pick, etc)

• Cough particles are now visible when a player coughs.

• Diving suits (and anything else that gives <4000 pressure protection) now flawlessly protect yourself and others from being infected via coughing.
  
• 'Cough Medicine' has been renamed to 'Flu Medicine' and now also speeds up recovery rate.
  
• Fixed an oversight that caused you to catch Influenza 100% of the time when you are coughed on. It should now be 50% if neither of you are wearing masks.

Added an English translation file, so people can translate the mod into their language if they want.

Remade all the descriptions for each item, better informing the player of what they do.

• Increased the rate of seizures when you're lobotomized
  
• Lobotomies can now be performed on people who are stunned, asleep, knocked out etc by placing the Lobotomy Pick in their Head slot

- Fixed fabrication error involving Saline
- Biohazard Grenade should no longer create errors when thrown
- Ebola Sample & Rabies Sample now skip the incubation phase when injected into a person
