- Decreased fervour requirements to breach ghostfence

- Added a check to prevent living god MAA spawning after the war has ended

- Doubled dagoth awareness gain so should arrive as intended
- 5 year cooldown for living gods maa has been tied to the Temple holder rather than the besieger to reduce the chance of > 2 spawning. Should be inherited but lost at war end.
- Some Lorkhan centred localisation when using the heart if your religion worships/hates the Missing God, or they are your patron.

- Fixed a problem with Red Mountain eruption causing non-dunmer to become ashlanders
- If an argonian player (kingdom/empire) controls the county where the argonian uprising would spawn, they are instead given the option of getting the Hist Walker trait and armies
- Update of Path of Incarnate tooltip to prevent confusion.

- Compatibility with Shards
- More Dagoth Options: Construct Akulakhan or reassemble the Tools to tap the Heart's power (req. to unlock Shards features, for balance). With Akulakhan you can carry the Blight across Tamriel.
- Complete Tribunal Collapse Rework
- Fixed case where you could sever the heart and then use it afterwards.
- Fixed issue with Moon-and-Star if you obtained it outside the activity.
- Dagoth AI will now prioritise ancient Dunmer territories to the south before Skyrim.

Dagoth Ur can now request automatic fealty from sixth house (ai) rulers via a new interaction.
Raiding Living God's cities will cause armies to teleport away. Sieging them down causes new MAA to spawn.
Decision to expel Tribunal from Red Mountain. The old Red Mountain decision is blocked until this is done.
Decision to welcome back the Tribunal to Red Mountain if they've been expelled.
Tribunal worshippers that are incarnates are now excommunicated as part of the inquisition event.
Other small fixes to localisation.
