Loose Ends Update #1

- Changed the MAC 1931 machine gun (the one on Germany's captured French tanks)
- Changed infantry recoilless and rocket AT weapons (Bazooka, Panzerfaust, etc.)

Liberation DLC Update

- SFX added for the American guns: Garand, Thompson, Carbine, .50 M2, M1919, and more.
- New voicelines for American tanks sourced from CoH.

Release

- Changed all cannonfire from 20mm to 203mm+. These are shared between all factions.
- Changed most sfx for the small arms for the Russian, German, and Finnish factions. All rifles and submachine guns, and most machine guns have been updated.
- Added new voicelines to German and Russian tanks.
- Added new sfx for hits and ricochets against tank armor.
