Typo fixes in descriptions

- Fixed Fountain of Blood (unfortunately had to gate level 2 summon spells behind level 2 teleportation spells for esoteric mod reasons).

- Added upgraded Divine Egg art (fancy new shading by Vorochi)
- Bystander no longer gets a Pretender if using both mods together

Reduced modprio to 7; this allows add-on mods to slot in at modprio 8, which allows God Inspector at modprio 9 to incorporate them (if I manually update it or somebody forks God Inspector).
