✔ Optimizations & Cleanup
- Detailed compatibility improvements for the "Bandits" mod
- Fixed proper removal of zombie hair
- Fixes for active phase behavior during rain
For optimization purposes, zombies will return to their daily routine within approximately an hour after the rain ends.
- Restructured most functions for better compatibility with version 42.9

✨ New Additions
- Zombie active phase and dormant (torpor) behavior are now tied to seasonal time.
Dormant phase schedule:
Spring: 7 AM – 8 PM
Summer: 5 AM – 10 PM
Fall: 7 AM – 7 PM
Winter: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Expanded shelter search targets for the dormant phase. Occupied hideouts and player-built houses are now also valid shelter destinations.
