Removed Immersion Cigs - Rewrite compat (compat was added in Immersion Cigs itself, so no longer needed in HOA).
Moved IDC macros to their own defines.hpp file.

- Added translation keys for helmet position names
- Moved Zeus logic to own addon
- Added GUI to Sling Helmet module, can now pick the helmet position
- Make ground holders claim themselves, preventing any ACE interaction at all
- Fix for other mods adding interactions, which I thought were fixed last update

- Fixed being able to open helmet ground holders.
- Make some functions public API and add parameter checking.
- Add settings for allowing hiding helmets and what modes are allowed.
- Remove ace interactions from ground holders.
- Refactor sling position logic. Now determined by CBA setting instead of uniform config.
