-> Removed doubled Escortcarrier file and cleaned its structurname.

-> Adding the hangar asset to the module of the Defense Plattform.
(This wont work with bigger Plattforms without changing all designs of all modules of those.)

-> Fixed Fixed Vanilla Turret for Starbases
-> Removed some Files wich were a leftover
-> Removed entry of former Escort Carrier with setting it to Vanilla stuff so it shouldnt conflict. Escort Carrier shouldnt appear in Game since its not anymore in NSC3
