Unified the DST and DS versions
Added option to flip the behavior of the CTRL toggle (off by default, on with CTRL)
Another attempt at fixing controller support
Also a small fix that should prevent you having to wiggle the cursor around to get the "plant" option to show up despite the placer not moving (this issue only existed on clients before).

Fixed a bug that was messing up the feed and give actions (letting you do them from range, and not making you walk up to the recipient) if you had action prediction off.

Added a check if the current center of the grid is mismatched with the main placer; if so, it rechecks collision for the grid. This means that if you're planting pinecones, it will refresh the grid if you mouseover one of the points that has been newly blocked by planting.
