Ragdoll disappear forever now.
-This includes any kind of npc, even the base game, and even the player.

This means the npc ragdoll, and the player ragdoll, will now really disappear.

The ragdoll now disappears.
(This only works on custom npc, as the normal npcs, dont create a real ragdoll after death)

Added command to disable/enable the gore mod!
q3gore_disable 0 (this is the default)
q3gore_disable 1 (this disables the gore mod)

Deleted something from the main gib script.
Tried to fix the folder structure.

Blood stream now comes only from the actual gibs.
The main script is not creating useless gibs anymore!
