- Bugfix: Projectiles should no longer get bugged when target is destroyed
- Bugfix: Projectiles should actually hit targets now

Changes:
- Fix to projectile interception patch
- LoS height offset now configurable in settings
- Roofs & mountain roofs now block LoS correctly (most of the time)
- Platforms now have variable height
- New 1x1 tiny platform
