Restored original rocket firing loop (not firing sound) to attempt to fix a problem

New RPG sounds
New crowbar sound
New sound for the grenade
New SMG alt fire sound
New AR2 alt fire sound
New crossbow reload sounds
New NPC sounds for AR2, pistol, and shotgun
Explosion sounds tweaked
Combine ball (AR2 altfire projectile) has new sounds
Gravity Gun has slightly different sounds
New sounds for ricochets
New sounds for shotgun shells hitting the ground
