Added youth vampire races. These will present as: (vanillarace)RaceYouthVampire

Hopefully this will fix any issues with feeding, ect. No fix on Dawnguard just yet, but this MAY help. It just depends on how Dawnguard's conditions and such are scripted.

Hadvar now recognizes the young versions of each race.
