-Fixed a PID.
-Updated stacking zones.

Update to V2 (Attempt 4 - should fully work now! Forgot the .int files, bleh).

Details:
-Added some extra brooms possibly.
-Added an extra welder, i think.
-Made the fallen-over shelf movable (though try not to stack anything on it, it'll disappear).
-Added anti-splat zones for watery zones, as a failsafe measure.
-Added PIDs to every body.

-Added Brooms, and the Big Banger radio.

-Disallowed any static mesh in the water to have decals on them (aka no more blood/goo/scorch marks and stuff under water).

-Made the description fit the new UI.
