Added placeholder language files for other localizatrions

Removed a null value setter that was for debugging.

Fixed one cause of the crashes and the strange behaviour of the newly added drone.
An old incorrect path was left in macros.xml

Changed so perhaps the first gameloading of prexisting saves doesnt cause crashes for some people.

Hotfix you were not meant to get the parts to build the special drone for free....
