Adds Megara the founders of Byzantium, and many more famous colonies.

Megara - Theagenes
Settlers of Byzantium: 50% more gold from City Connections and trade routes have 30% longer range. Internal Trade routes available immediatley.

Colonist (Settler): Ignores terrain and can embark immediately. +2 Sight when embarked.

Trade Port (Harbor): Available at Optics. +2 Gold per sheep, cattle and
horses resource.
