Version 7.4 - Small Patch

Changed:

AI Military Strategy - gave them a BIG increase to air flavoring, in hopes they will create many more aircraft. Also changed AI so city states can make aircraft too.

Resource requirements for Nimitz, CDG, and Kuznetsov carriers are now different. Reduced Nimitz range from 25 to 21.

I need testing to see if AI is building airplanes both at war and peacetime. (they should build many more at wartime)

Added Horten Ho 229 Aircraft - Germany Unique Unit
Added B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber - USA Unique Unit

Fixed UH-60M ability to act like a proper helicopter.
Fixed - ALL aircraft have updated UNIT-AI's and AI FLAVORS to closer match the default units. This affects the missions the AI will send the units on when it creates them, and it will create them for their suited purpose. -- Sorry it took so long.

Next steps

Update movement amounts, balance promotions more.. and then the mod will be stable, and I can focus on finishing the Naval Mod.

Version 7.2

Added UH-60M Helicopter - Good range, good against land units. I tried to make the marine be able to board this helicopter, but I haven't gotten it working yet.

New Art for Charles de Gaulle Aircraft Carrier - Based off british design, very close to real thing, a bit cartoony
New Art for Queen Elizabeth Aircraft Carrier - Accurate, but a bit cartoony (lacks the right textures)

Changed sizes of Aircraft Carriers respective of each other
Bumped up Eurocopter Tiger combat power, added anti-tank promotion
Updated some flags of units to get rid of the setteler flag (I have many more to update) and replaced with aircraft flag
Gave MQ1 a Strategic View Flag

Added:
Charles de Gaulle Carrier for France - Kuznetsov artwork (because no one wants to make art for this ship)
Queen Elizabeth Class Carrier for England - Illustrious WWI model (again no one wants to make art)
Changed generic "Wasp" class carrier over to "Meier" class carrier (Wasp class is an Amphibious Assault Ship in my next mod (Naval Units)
Kamikaze fighter for Japan WWII era - attacks like a missile, behaves like a plane (suicide unit)

Wrote an SQL file updaing the database if any new Civ's are added that have aircraft on my list, like Canada, Israel, Australia, etc. I was able to purchase/produce an F/A-18C as Canada
Wrote an SQL file updating the AI to heavily persue Air units. Hopefully this will work, and air battles will actually be a thing vs other Civ's and City States.

Added Panavia Tornado GR1, Dassault Mirage 2000
FIXED - Promotions. Got rid of non-air promotions that let someone demolish a city with 1 strike (like a nuke). Changed them all around for more balance.

Added the TOP GUN wonder (be the first to build it!) --- This wonder gives a custom promotion for fighters and bombers produced in the city it's built in. Along with Military Aircraft hanger, you will get 4-5 XP promotions up front, plus the top gun promotion. Read civlopedia for more info. (I even took a sound clip from the movie). It requires Steel (Iron) and Oil to build (1 each) and can only be built by 1 civ. It is a bit expensive, but worth it if you like the air promotions.

Projected with next patch - more balancing, Air Force Academy Wonder, maybe something special...

Changed over to Modded DLL version. For other mods that use WHOWARDS modded DLL (like Civ IV diplomacy features, or YNAEMP map pack, etc. You can go into the modinfo file for my mod, or their mod, and delete the line requiring the DLL be loaded, and work off the others DLL file)

YOU CAN ONLY HAVE 1 MODDED DLL FILE WORKING AT ONE TIME OR YOUR GAME WILL CRASH ----YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Added Zeppelins, and Tu-22M. Fixed bombing on multiple aircraft for bombing cities by removing highest promotion. (300)

Helicopters can now fly over coastal regions and will only embark when in Deep Water. (Deep Ocean tiles)



Author's note - While I wanted to keep my mod DLL free, I feel this added too much to air units to have helicopters work correctly. Rest assured my next mods will not have DLL Required, but will require this mod and will work off the DLL that way. Whoward included a LOT of awesome things into his modded DLL that Firaxis should have put in from the get go or at least in a patch. Hotfix Version 4.1

Added Tupolev Tu-22M as a Rusky multirole bomber/fighter (carrier based).

Added Zeppelins for Germany and USA (like helicopters)

Fixed A7 interception error, it will now intercept, but it's not great at it.

**Removed embarkation for Helicopters --- they can now fly over coastal tiles, but they can not embark into the ocean (for now) ---- I tried to get it to work for Zepplins too, but no joy on that one (yet) --- Zeppelins work like Helicopters and Artillery, you have to set them up first, they are pre-flight units, unlocked with replaceable parts**
