This mod is no longer a DLL Mod. It will work giving all units without the DLL. However certain enchanced functions are designed to work only with the DLL.
Functions such as - 2 Units per Fort, 3 units per city, Air Routes (Trade route for cities each with 1 airport), Airbases, Station Air units in Allied City States, and Terrain Crossing (over mountain, and ice tiles) - Also the DLL - Various Mod Components (by WHoward69) allows for helicopters to hover over coastlines instead of embarking, along with a slew of other goodies. Pick that mod up today and use it with mine at https://www.dropbox.com/s/y2e5gjsaa9osgn2/DLL%20-%20Various%20Mod%20Components%20%28v%2066%29.7z?dl=0 or at his site www.picknmixmods.com - put in MODS folder (see description for details)

Air Recon now reveals tiles again (use Air sweep function to use Air Recon)
Top Gun Promotion can no longer be chosen by airplanes, it is a promotion given to a unit created in a city with the Top Gun Wonder.
