Updated to latest version.

Should not need heralds, but untested without.

Should have fixed graphical issues.

Will break saves.

Massive change to how colonization happens - must now build orbital exploitation platforms, similar to Ancient race. On the plus side, these are reusable, and so can simply be moved to another planet after the first one explodes.

Buildings update - added buildings which stand in for tiered resources and add a little pressure. They are big and expensive, so build miners and expand.

Changed the colonization mechanics to use the default system, rebalanced, fiddled, simplified.

It plays better like this but it's further from the original intent.

Initial commit. Ringworld works, a ship spawns though it always has a hyperdrive even if you don't (maybe), otherwise you'll have to design your own and build it, planets decay and eventually explode, capturing should work but honestly I haven't tested it.
