Update to Halo Ops 1.2

IRStrobe removed to fix the issue with it taking the lift vehicle option.
Added the correct object to the spawn supply box.
General tweaking of logistics module.

Updated for OPTRE 0.11

Fixed numerous classname changes.

Apologies to anyone trying to use this map on multiplayer as the .pbo files were missing the .altis to indicate the map for the server to choose so this will have probably be the cause if anyone cannot load the map on a multiplayer server.

I derped and forgot the files have to be missionname.mapname.pbo

I'll probably push an update later to fix the in mission naming which still shows as Patrol Ops Halo 3.1

Github is being pushed as we speak.

Updated to OPTRE 0.10 (Initial Release) from TEI

Swapped the non-textured Falcon for the black falcon.
Updated the descriptions.

Cut an unused texture to drop file size.

Fixed Supply Boxes.
Added the Final Dawn.
Added innie vehicles to OPFOR spawn list.
Added UNSC supply vehicles.
Fixed and tweaked vehicle load / loadable settings.
Removed VAS entirely.
Shrunk the size of the PBO by cutting un-needed audio.

Ninja edit, added AGMs to the falcons to balance the enemy ground forces.
