Egypt:
- Fixed naval reforms.
- Facing the vanilla buff to Egy Cav, Egy Heavy Cavalry got a buff to keep it viable.
- simplified the Legionary Cohort card to make it more distinguishable from the roman veterans.

Judea:
- Fixed garrisons and recruitment.
