Attempted fix for a bug where the number of lives remaining wouldn't display until someone died.

Fixed a bug preventing the number of lives remaining from being properly saved upon server reset.

Initial upload.
In its current state this gamemode is Endless mode with a limited number of collective respawns for all players, which can be replenished by killing Giants.
