Events/Culture:
- Added Mestizo cultures, which arise if a non-Native American country owns Native American-culture provinces. It's more likely to fire if the country is Iberian, French or East Slavic culture - to represent the prominence of mestizo people in those colonies. Also it's more likely to fire in certain areas, like Mexico or Peru.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug with the Florida-Mississippi Decision
- Fixed localization for Greek Creole
- Fixed Form Chile decision

Map:
- Increased the amount of tropical terrain in Mexico to accurate coverage
- Put in a whole bunch of new trade winds; hopefully this should keep the Europeans from rounding the Cape as quickly and push Russia more towards Alaska instead of the Spice Islands, but we'll see if this actually works
- Adding the trade power mechanism for the Caribbean islands seemed to help promote competition, so that has buffed to see if it works any better. Also, an event has been added that removes that trade power once the province is colonized.

Other:
- The Maine-Massachussetts decision now requires British culture, instead of certain tags
- The Upper-Lower Canada decision now requires French culture, instead of the France tag
- Tweaked the timing for creole events, now much less likely to appear if there is mestizo culture in the country
- Added more colony names for Australia/New Zealand, Maranhao, Virginia
- Tweaked USA formation decisions so should be more doable for colonies that don't take up the entire historical 13 colonies

Random:
- Turns out the modifier I was using to try and keep the colonial countries from culture converting wasn't working - so that should hopefully be fixed next patch
- Now that I've got the Creole/Mestizo events working somewhat properly, I'm going to change them; they'll hopefully be turning from country-based events to province-based events soon

Update: 23 Jun, 2015 @ 9:55pm

Fixed the colonial cultural changes - including the infinite useless event spam problem

Added events to spread creole culture to province that produce plantation resources or gold (numbers still need some tweaking)
-- This will only occur in provinces that produce sugar, cotton, tobacco, dyes, tea, coffee, cocoa or gold. It's more likely to happen if the province is in the American south, the Caribbean/Cuba/hispaniola, or Brazil

Also, put in a test mechanism to try and promote competition for the Caribbean by giving every island in the colonial region +1 trade power -- we'll see how this works...

Update: 23 Jun, 2015 @ 1:23am

Fixed a bug where colonial formables (USA, La Plata, Mexico, etc...) wouldn't get colonial change events.

Aaaaand then broke those events in a different way. Should be fixed in next update (today).

Update: 23 Jun, 2015 @ 12:17am

Changed Trade Routes:
- Ivory Coast now flows to Brazil, instead of the other way around. Ivory Coast also flows to Safi
- Brazil now flows to Bordeaux, Seville, and the Caribbean

Terrain:
- Tweaked Australian/NZ terrain to be more realistic
- Made Indian Ocean and South Atlantic islands less desireable

Merger Events:
- Kentucky can now be merged into Virginia
- Tennessee can now be merged into North Carolina
- Parts of Mississippi and Alabama can now be merged into Georgia

Random:
- Colonial countries now only have to have 6 provinces to give their overlord an extra merchant (was 10)
- Removed colonial countries' bonus to culture converting -- this will hopefully be fleshed out more with Mestizo cultures
- Fixed a bug that turned non-colonial African-culture provinces into Creole cultures
- Removed the Galápagos from the Quito region because countries kept making tiny colonial nations there.
