Bug Fixes:
- Fix bug with Scottish names (Thanks Akrane!)
- Fixed potential bug with Arabic names
- Fixed/tweaked some default province names

Name Tweaks:
- German Quebec province name now 'Engenfluss/Engenstadt'
- German Angostura province name now 'Engenstadt/Engenstadt'
- Double Phetchaburi (one is now Ratchaburi)

Jerusalem gets Latin names now
Added Korean names (Korean peninsula and surrounding mainland territories)
Added Japanese names (Japan, Korea, Kurils, Sakhalin, Philippines)
Fixed typo with Sapmi names
Updated event that causes names to change over time to account for new languages added

- Added Old World (Asia, Europe and Africa) renaming for Czech, Danish, Swedish, Greek, Latin, Persian, Hungarian, Polish, Catalan, Scots
- Add local names for Bulgarian (same coverage as Serbo-Croatian) and Filipino (just the Philippine Islands)

Minor:
- Travunia now changes names for Serbo-Croatian (need to add it for Bulgarian as well)
- Fixed double Jelgava's
- No longer 2 Suez's (Sinai's city is now Nuweiba)
- Typo for Athens in Serbo-Croatian
- Fixed bug with Turkish/Arabic renaming in South America
