This is huge update expanding timeline to 1837-2015, fixing tons of issues, and generally being awesome.

More countries got historical rulers (Norway, Kuwait, Arabia, Sri Lanka, Croatia, Netherlands, Belgium, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan)
Some population culture/religion tweaks
Characters with just year of death die on December 31st not January 1st
France blobbed by 2 provinces from Belgium and 1 from Spain
