I just realized that this existed. Continued updates incoming.

Bug fixes:
Icarus Entropic Reversal blah blah now hits things properly.

Balance Changes:
Phase Shift buffed
Comet buffed (I think?, I'll work on it sometime, it's not where I want it.)

Additions:
Spiker
--Burst cannon for faction 3
Reverberation Chamber
--Cannon modifier (Attach to cannons) for faction 3, amplifies damage, costs more power to fire.

Added Icarus Entropic Reversal Battery.
Changed Entropic Reversal Beam too HC Arcbeam (Was too OP).
No Region files, sorry, I'll work on that.

Sorry! I'm still an idiot, I forgot to add ships, I was using little palette ships in testing and forgot I needed to do this,
I'm bad at building with Rhombuses so here's a palette ship, now stuff should appear in the palette.

Added 13 blocks to the Red faction:
Infused armor variants (Including Isotris (Half Rhombuses))
Added Penrose 0.5/1.5 (Isotris)
Added Formicide spitter
Added Hyper-Oxygenation-Hydrogen missiles (High explosion radius, lowish explosion damage)
Added Anti HE formacidic defender (High radius, low strength, high regen shield, basically a "No missiles for you!" zone)
Added Tunneler (A teleporter *GHASP*)
Added Tunneler Capacitor (The tunneler uses so much energy you'd need a ton of normal power gens to do anything with it, these are smaller with less mass but much more expensive)
Added Phaser Missile Launcher (Missile with a 500% stronger Proton Sword attached to it with a range similar to an Arcsaw, gives cool armor piercing capabilities)

Should I call this 0.2? I'll just call this 0.2:
Buffed Fusion rail (300% damage, slightly higher firerate),
Made the Fusion Initializer appear in the palette. DUUURRRPPP
Buffed the Arc Laser considerably.
Buffed the Arcsaw a lot.
Lowered P values and energy consumption on Charged Armor, also lowered the shield strength to 2k (twice that of normal Terran shields.)
Buffed durability on Solar Plating (6 now, originally 3), it's now more like a paranoid Power Generator, I guess.
Buffed Phase Shift a bit (fires multiple rounds per burst, though you couldn't see them, I'm pretty sure they're inside eachother :P)
Added FREERES to Drones and Missiles, no more R farming. (Also DURRRP)
Buffed Entropic Reversal Beam (Haven't done anything directly about the sound, but it now needs much less time on target so I suppose that sorta helps?)
Warper Missile is now working a lot more like I wanted.
Comet Speed is now 2/3s of what it was, but it's damage was buffed by 400% and it starts leaving it's "Wake of Plasma" at a much greater range.
Buffed Swarmer Drones (200% damage, 1 second per round of drones)
Buffed the MDD (Uses a laser now, greater range)
P values for most things reworked.

Forgot to change points on the Comet and Aura missiles, was using testing point values.
